After knowing each other for more than a year, we are like old friends. I am also willing to talk to you about my life and faith. Some things that happened around me recently made me think more.
For example: some people I led to church before now join heretical churches, just because some heretical churches are illegal in China, so it is easier for them to obtain identity here.
Of course, some people who hold signs and shout slogans to overthrow the CCP and seek political asylum, after taking photos, put down the signs and talk about the good things of the CCP. It's just to obtain identity. Human nature is magnified in California.
In the United States, many people go to church not to pursue the gospel, but to socialize, meet more people, use business, or obtain identity, etc. There are many churches in California, but there are very few churches that spread the pure gospel.
But God knows the hearts of all people. Through these, God has made us see the corruption of human nature and realize the importance of the gospel.
Our salvation can only be achieved through Him. People originally deserved to die, and after death they were judged and went to Hades forever. But because of His righteousness and grace, God allowed His only beloved Son Jesus Christ to be a sin offering, to be whipped, humiliated, and nailed to the cross, to bear all our sins, and to cover our sins with His precious blood, so that as long as we acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Lord, we can be exempted from the judgment of sin and do not have to go to eternal hell.
